How It Works

Getting help should be simple. Here's our straightforward process to help you find safe housing.

1

1. Reach Out to Us

Call us at 423-960-4123 or fill out our contact form. There's no wrong way to start — just tell us you need help with housing.

We answer calls Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you call outside these hours, leave a message and we'll call you back the next business day.

2

2. Have a Conversation

We'll talk with you to understand your situation. This is confidential — we're not here to judge, just to help.

We'll ask about your current situation, what you need in housing, any specific concerns (safety, accessibility, pets), and your timeline.

3

3. Explore Your Options

Based on your needs, we'll identify housing options in Chattanooga that could work for you.

We work with landlords, shelters, transitional housing programs, and other organizations to find the right fit.

4

4. Get Connected

We'll help you connect with housing providers, navigate applications, and address any barriers.

We can help with things like gathering documents, understanding lease terms, or connecting you with additional resources you might need.

5

5. Move Forward

Once you're housed, we're still here if you need us. Your fresh start is just the beginning.

We can connect you with ongoing support services, job resources, or other community programs as you settle in.
